11.30.a.m. - 1.00.p.m. "Experimental archaeology" -
trialling bow replicas et al. see below
1.30.p.m. - lunch
2.30.p.m. - 3.00.p.m. - free time
3.00.p.m. - 4.30.p.m. Antiquarian shoot for awards. Shooting fee to be Paid on the day
This time may extend as this year we are shooting a double round
4.45.p.m. (approx) - tea
Please remember that you MUST indicate that you are coming
by returning the booking form enclosed in Arrowhead
AT LEAST TEN DAYS BEFORE,
even if you are not ordering refreshments or lunch.
NOTE: For those not taking lunch or tea there is a compulsory fee of £1 (which includes a coffee)
Please also note the change of house secretary to whom the form should be sent.
It has been arranged that those interested in trialling replica bows (NOT compounds or crossbows) may do so in the morning.
A target will be set up for this purpose. Shooting will be under the direction of a Field Officer who will ensure safety is paramount.

Minutes for last year, Agenda and booking form will be included in your January mailing
Bookings should arrive at least 10 days before the 5th
After lunch our Archivist, Mr Andrew Hall, will give one of his excellent,
informative illustrated talks - An event not to be missed
The place to look for important information and updates on society activites and admin, messages from your Secretary, what is going on, THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW.
