ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunday 4th March 2017

Please do not arrive before 10.a.m. for coffee at 10.30
Meeting commences at 11.a.m.

Please collect your new membership card as you arrive, as a means of identification

Minutes for last year (2017) the Agenda and booking form are included in the January mailing
to UK members. Overseas members should contact their Rep for details.
Bookings should arrive at least 10 days before the 4th March

After lunch our Archivist, Mr Andrew Hall, will give one of his excellent,
informative illustrated talks - An event not to be missed

11.30a.m.- 1.p.m. Surplus items available by "auction"

1.30.p.m. - lunch
2.30.p.m. - 4.30.p.m. Antiquarian shoot for awards. Shooting fee to be paid on the day
This time may extend as we now shooting a double round

4.45.p.m. (approx) - tea

It has been arranged that those interested in trialling replica bows (NOT compounds or crossbows)
may do so in the morning.
A target will be set up for this purpose. Shooting will be under the direction of a Field Officer
who will ensure safety is paramount.
