Everybody knows Ingo Simon as an archer, author and collector, but did anyone else know, that he was also a poet and published a collection of poems called "Roving Shafts"?
I've just bought a copy and there are off course poems about archery, but also many other.

Ole, It's a nice item to have in one's archery library. I have a copy that Fred Lake put me on to many years ago. Ingo Simon had diversified interests and was a very talented individual besides being an ardent archer and flight shooter. The book is becoming much more difficult to obtain these days.

Ole -
I expect this will include the one about starting life with a quiverful of arrows. This was reproduced as a card (not sure if Christmas or just correspondence) with a sketch of Ingo apparently sleeping or dozing, on the front.
